Together, we'll explore what's working well in your life, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and reimagine the narrative you tell yourself about who you are and what you're capable of.

My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel heard and empowered to move forward in ways that feel authentic to you. As a Licensed Master’s of Social Work, I’m looking forward to working with you in individual counseling, or with a loved one in couples or family counseling.

Session cost set at $150 per session (in-person or virtual). Sliding scale therapy available on per-client basis
