Brother Safi Khan is an instructor and Director of Programming at the Roots Community space. He also serves as the Imam of the Islamic Center of Southlake while finishing his βAlimiyyah studies at the Qalam Seminary. He has a Bachelors in Teacher Education with minors in English and Psychology from the University of Memphis. Brother Safi has over a decade of experience working with the community at large and specifically focusing on youth and college mentorship. He has conducted programs teaching teenagers and college students about Qurβan, SΔ«rah, Islamic character and development, and more. Currently Brother Safi lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
